1. OVERVIEW

At APEX Smoke & Botanicals in Parker, Colorado, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products (herbal wellness items, kratom, vapes, smoking accessories, etc.), we maintain a limited return policy for health, safety, and quality reasons.

2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order only in the following situations:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
• The product does not match the description on our website

Note: Products that have been opened, used, or consumed (including kratom, edibles, vapes, tinctures, etc.) are generally not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety regulations.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at 720-789-2900 or via email.
2. Provide your order number and photos of the item (especially if damaged or incorrect).
3. We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

All returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition (unless defective).

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (wrong item or damaged product). In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

5. IN-STORE PURCHASES

Items purchased in our Parker, Colorado store follow the same policy. Please bring your receipt and the item (in original condition) within 7 days for consideration.

• Disposable vapes and nicotine products
• Custom or personalized items
